Some of the software I've helped ship. Usually some mix of AI agents, production platforms, and leading the teams behind them.
Turned experimental AI research into software users actually came back for: Day 7 retention climbed 10×. Under the hood, we built an AI agent harness: multi-agent orchestration, event-driven workflows, and the observability and scaffolding to take research prototypes all the way to production.
Helped a national freight brokerage take their order-coordination platform to production. It shuttles load requests and shipment updates between shippers, carriers, and the dispatch teams in between. Moved it off aging on-prem servers onto managed cloud infrastructure, kept it flowing through downstream outages, and built the tracing on-call support needed to debug exactly how the platform processed any given message.
Shipped a cross-platform storytelling platform for a major mobile game studio, delivered on time and on budget against a 12-month fixed timeline. Six integrated applications built across three parallel teams using micro-frontend architecture. I owned full-stack development of user-facing surfaces end-to-end and built the shared design system that unified UX across the suite.
Architecture, stack calls, and risk-spotting on projects that need a tech lead. Mentor engineers through pair and mob programming. Work with leadership on DEI.
